Case Study 1
We worked with a 9 year old girl who had a complex combination of difficulties which had a huge impact on her ability to learn successfully.
These issues were as follow:
- Inability to integrate with peers and make friends
- Tendency to carry baby toys
- Inability to respond appropriately to instructions
- Tiredness
- Unable to cope with noise in a learning environment
- Anger
- Lacking confidence
- Inability to concentrate/focus
- Insomnia from the age of 4
- Poor numeracy
Through a series of sessions (5 in total), we worked on her primary reflexes through kinesiology, to correct the imbalances. She was given various mental exercises to do at home which supported the treatment. Over a period of a couple of months, the majority of the issues were managed effectively and the young girl is now excelling in school, able to cope well within the classroom and to interact with peers and responds appropriately with those in authority.
