This course will provide you with invaluable knowledge about the nutrition and supplements that will help to boost your immune system, whilst also showing you which substances can be reduced in your diet to improve energy levels and encourage a better quality of sleep.

You will also learn how to protect your life force and energy levels from electromagnetic and geopathic stress through the application of simple and effective methods.

Scientific research has proven that meditation has a positive dramatic effect on the brain. One study following a group of meditators and non-meditators showed that after eight weeks of meditation there was growth in the hippocampus (part of the brain involved in memory and learning) and shrinkage in the amygdala (which initiates the body’s response to stress). The more participants reduced stress by meditation the smaller the amygdale became.

Another piece of research was carried out whereby a group of mediators and a group of non-meditators were given flu vaccines. The meditators produced more anti bodies than the non-meditators. This indicates that meditation boosts the immune system.

Prices:

Relaxation classes can be run over a course of 6 x 1 hr sessions. minimum class size 8 people. £7.50 per person.

The day will consist of using a combination of brain gym exercises, roll play and simple effective methods on how to change behaviour patterns towards stressful situations. Learn core strategies of the mind and body healthcare and self-management. The approaches are mindfulness and body awareness.

Neutral Space

Intro Day

This bodywork system works to promote and gentle assist the body to re-balance itself naturally. This therapy helps to switch off the stress reflex and is profoundly relaxing.

You will be using easy, non invasive, effective, and gentle hands on techniques, to apply to the body whilst fully clothed, in a seated or lying down position.

Learn to relax, and experience a body and mind connection, calming and clearing the mind. Enhance your core energy levels if feeling exhausted and stressed.

Contents of the day:

  • A introduction to Neutral-space relaxation bodywork
  • Bodywork demonstrations throughout the day, with clear instructions.
  • You will experience giving and receiving neutral – space relaxation throughout the day, covering the front of the body routine.
  • Feedback and sharing
  • A brief understanding to what each movement is doing.
  • Experience the power of relaxation.
  • Preparation and evaluation.
  • To relax and replenish yourself while sharing neutral – space with others.
